I love a good party! So that is why I enjoy making these super bright, neon fascinators. I am usually sitting at the playground with my daughter hand cutting silk petals to make the most scrumptious silk flowers. I hand paint the sizing so they are just so ( not at the playground!), and add a soupcon of shiny stuff like sequins, beads and fairy dust. They look so chic and amazing with a breezy, sexy sun dress and heels.
